"We have been here now since 2001 – a long way from the original planned one year.  Perhaps one of the biggest reasons we stayed was the new owners, Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc.  Since they [assumed] ownership, the Park has been cleaned up, properly managed, and is constantly being improved.  Park Management is approachable, handles the business of running the park and communicating with the residents in a professional, courteous, yet friendly manner!  What an improvement! Thank goodness the “new” Management screens all applicants and keeps the Park a safe, quiet, respectable neighbourhood. Owners can socialize as much or as little as they wish, and are always welcome at any function.
