Two of our communities were recently recognized as finalists at the 2025 H.O.M.E. Awards. These valued and longstanding annual awards are determined solely by feedback from homeowners across North America and recognize builders and developers who not only build beautiful homes, but also deliver excellent customer experience. 

This marks the seventh consecutive year that Parkbridge has been named a finalist. The company also took home awards in 2022 and 2024.

Recognized as a finalist this year for Best Customer Experience in British Columbia, our Solstice at Tower Ranch community combines a scenic location overlooking the Okanagan Valley in Kelowna, BC, with a range of high-quality amenities. Shortlisted for Best Customer Experience in Ontario, The Bluffs at Huron entered its final phase of construction this summer.
