MINIMUM STAY POLICY
Peak
- A minimum stay of two nights on weekends
- A minimum stay of three nights on long holiday weekends
Shoulder & Off Peak
Deposit Policy
- For bookings of 1-3 nights, 100% of the entire booking is required as a deposit.
- For bookings of 4-14 nights, 50% of the entire booking is required as a deposit.
- For bookings of 15+ nights, 30% of the entire booking is required as a deposit.
CANCELATION POLICY
No refunds without two weeks notice prior to arrival:
- More than 14 days notice: A $20.00 administration fee will be charged and the balance of the deposit will be reimbursed.
- Less than 14 days notice: The total amount of the original deposit will be forfeited.
No refund for early departure.
