We recognize some defects may not be visible or occur until you’ve lived in the house for some time. We fulfill our warranty obligations in accordance with Tarion in Ontario, and Pacific Home Warranty in British Columbia and three other provinces. These third-party warranty corporations are an insurance cover, to further protect you – the buyer.
