For these reasons, Parkbridge maintains an environment where individuals - employees, management, contractors, residents and people who do business with Parkbridge - can confidentially and anonymously report concerns regarding illegal or unethical behavior without the fear of victimization, discrimination or disadvantage.
Matters for which reporting is encouraged and sought by Parkbridge include, but are not limited to:
- suspect, questionable, unethical, or unlawful accounting and auditing policies, practices, or procedures;
- inadequate internal accounting controls;
- the misleading or coercion of auditors;
- disclosure of fraudulent or misleading financial information; or instances of corporate fraud.
Parkbridge reserves the right to act or not to act on any information provided, unless required to do so by law. Furthermore, Parkbridge is not required to disclose its response or actions pursuant to any information provided. The intentional misreporting of information may be actionable and subject to criminal investigation. All information that you provide will remain confidential to the extent permitted by the law.
Reports relating to "whistleblower" matters as defined above can be made anonymously using the "Whistleblower Report" form which will be directed to the appropriate individuals within Parkbridge's senior management team and Audit Committee. If you choose to submit a confidential report, it will be reviewed initially by only Ann Rooney, Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Ms. Rooney will only respond to matters that are determined to have met the "whistleblower" criteria and may redirect the report to management if he deems it not to be a whistleblower matter.
