Mark Gow

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Mark joined Parkbridge as Chief Financial Officer, and more recently took on the role of interim CEO. With more than 30 years of executive and financial management experience in public corporations and private businesses, Mark leads a strong team across the country who are committed to driving performance and delivering value to Parkbridge's residents, resort customers and guests. Prior to joining Parkbridge, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer of Mongolia Minerals Corporation, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fording Canadian Coal Trust. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta and the Financial Executives Institute.


Katherine Gyles

Senior Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness and Corporate Communications

Katherine Gyles

Katherine is a high-energy leader who led Parkbridge's growth in capabilities and helped to create an "I am Parkbridge" culture for its residents and guests, which focuses on how people work to create community. She has more than 25 years' experience, including senior roles in several major Canadian companies, all of which share the challenge of adapting to changing business environments while engaging and motivating people, and making their operations effective. Katherine has an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University in Political Science along with a professional HR designation.


Karl Gagesch

Senior Vice President, Development

Karl Gagesch

Karl has extensive senior management experience overseeing development functions in both the private and public sectors. He led development projects in the hospitality, gaming, healthcare, education and remote worker accommodations markets. In the past, Karl also owned a consulting practice where he provided development planning services to clients with projects across Canada and in the United States. Karl is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an Honours Business Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from York University.


Sherri Coburn

Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Business Solutions

Sherri Coburn

Sherri led the establishment and implementation of Parkbridge's IT and Business Solutions capabilities at Parkbridge. Her past experience includes senior leadership roles in organizations of various sizes to develop and deploy business solutions within the high-tech, manufacturing, consumer products and consulting sectors. Her broad background includes experience in Information Technologies, Supply Chain Strategy and Applications, eBusiness, Finance and HR. Sherri holds both an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA specializing in Information Technology.


Lachlan MacLean

Vice President, Property Operations

Lachlan MacLean

Lachlan is an accomplished real estate business leader with extensive experience in multi-property operations, yield management, business development, and acquisitions in both Australia and Canada.  Prior to joining Parkbridge, Lachlan worked as the General Manager for Wilson Parking, Australia's largest parking operator, as the CEO of d'Albora Marinas (a division of Macquarie Leisure Trust), and Vice President, Marina Operations for WAM Development Group. Lachlan has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Western Ontario's Urban Development program.​


Andrew Rozycki

Vice President, Asset Management​

Andrew Rozycki

Andrew has a long-standing history with Parkbridge and the land lease industry. He is extremely passionate about land lease's value proposition and is responsible for leading a team dedicated to driving the performance and growth of the portfolio through real estate investment, strategy development and portfolio management activities. Since 2009, Andrew played an instrumental role in over $500 million of commercial real estate transactions completed by Parkbridge and the establishment of the company's Asset Management function. 


Heather Knight-Bortoluzzi

Vice President, Finance​

Heather Knight-Bortoluzzi

Heather has over 25 years of experience in senior financial roles at multi-faceted and diverse organizations, including technology, financial services, manufacturing, distribution and public accounting. Heather is passionate about implementing new systems and procedures that help to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, and positively challenge the status quo. Heather holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. 


Sandy Higgins

Vice President, Planning

Sandy Higgins

Sandy is responsible for the planning and approvals processes for both the expansion of existing properties as well as greenfield developments. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential and resort development and home construction, as well as a background in property management. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University and degrees in Environmental Design Studies and Architecture from the Technical University of Nova Scotia.


David Wassmansdorf

Vice President, Infrastructure & Construction Delivery​

David Wassmansdorf

David has over 30 years of experience in the home building industry. He brings to Parkbridge a comprehensive understanding of residential home building, combined with extensive leadership and management experience. David is a sales, marketing and construction award-winner at the local, provincial and national levels, and a recipient of the Gordon S. Shipp Award for outstanding contribution to the homebuilding industry. He is also past President of the Canadian Home Builders' Association.


Bill Wells

Senior Advisor

Bill Wells

As Parkbridge's former Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Bill provides senior advisory leadership for a number of initiatives including home and RV sales, home and infrastructure construction, general development activities, warranty management and customer service. Bill has a successful leadership track record in the manufactured housing industry in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Home Design. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and History from Carleton University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.​
